Business
Our journey from 1994 until today.
1994-1999
Incorporated as Hallehluya Food Company in 1994.
Delivery of poultry to local restaurants, local grocery stores & school cafeterias.
Retail store opened.
2000-2004
Hallehluya opens a processing facility in Bradford, Ontario.
Local restaurant franchises added to customer base.
Hallehluya relocates facility, increasing capacity and throughput.
2005-2019
Further processing, packing, product development, international trade and TRQ consultation.
Hallehluya expands strategic partnerships in processing and product development.
An international supply chain division is formed.
International supply and customer base expanded, strengthening imports & trade.
TODAY
Hallehluya continues to expand and develop business and philanthropic endeavours globally.
Philanthropy

1994-1999
Debbie & Jim become creative with employment offering opportunities to support local families.
Hallehluya volunteers & supports local school breakfast program.
Jim Pesce takes his first trip to Kenya sparking passion to help the widowed and orphaned children.
2000-2004
Hallehluya financially engages with local charitable initiatives & various fundraisers.
Hallehluya operates their first Kenyan Children’s Home, bridging North American business with the initiative to create sustainable support & involvement.
The Pesce family members oversee operations on site in Kenya.
Pesce Family co-founds Horizon: Empower the Orphaned Organization.
2009-2019
Hallehluya partners with MacGregor’s Meat & Seafood to fund and develop a summer camp program that sends 150 children to a week long camping experience annually.
Annual athletic programs created for at-risk city youth, including Summer Soccer supporting 200 kids, & weekly Gym Nights in partnership with Toronto District School Board.
Regular poultry donations delivered to local food banks.
Hallehluya partners with Cargill Foods to support Ronald McDonald House Charities Canada.
TODAY
Horizon expands beyond Kenya into Guatemala and Honduras, empowering orphaned children.
Toronto student Mentorship program established.
